Our point of view is that it is better to prepare for battle from day one, handling a case from its inception as if it were certain to go to trial. This can save valuable financial resources by enabling us to develop legal research, factual analysis, and a commanding presentation of our client’s position through any pre-trial discussions, pleadings, motions, discovery, and examinations. Put simply, we prepare from day one to have the most compelling, best communicated closing arguments to a judge or jury. Everything we do is to deliver the most practical, efficient, and acceptable solution for our clients’ interests.
As the survivor of a catastrophic auto accident in 1995 caused by a negligent driver, Mr. Pazienza is keenly aware of the immense physical, emotional, and financial toll that people and their families confront after an unexpected injury.
We take over your representation needs from day one, ensuring that your exclusive focus is on getting the medical care needed.

PazLaw is available to provide service as the registered agent in the State of Florida for your association, company, corporation or partnership.
If one does a cursory review of non-lawyer companies that offer to serve as registered agents for Florida corporations and companies, one will see that the prices range from as low as $50 per year to as high as $350 per year. What none of these services offer, however, is that any letter coming to you can (with your permission) be immediately reviewed by our Firm.
There are law firms in Florida that provide similar services, but the annual fee can be upwards of $925.
PazLaw charges a modest annual fixed fee of $228 (which works out to $19 a month), which we believe is both reasonable and fair. Please note, however, that this is the fee exclusively for being registered agent, and any legal services would incur additional fees.
